PCR Compounding

Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) resin is produced from a variety of discarded plastic materials collected after consumer use. As a sustainable alternative to virgin resin, PCR helps reduce carbon footprint while delivering performance comparable to new materials.

There are several methods for producing PCR resin. In particular, for recycled polycarbonate (r-PC), our proprietary technology enables precise control of the Melt Flow Rate (MFR) across a wide range of 10 to 200 g/10 min, allowing customization to meet diverse processing and application requirements.
